REGISTRATION and FEES

To register in CISTEM 2022, please:

1. Fill in the following Registration_Form and send it to cistem2022@insat.ucar.tn 

2. Fill in the online  Information_Form

3. Proceed to the payment, according to the chosen mode:

       3.a. Payment by Bank Card: Choose one of the following links and send the payment proof to cistem2022@insat.ucar.tn  no later than 14 October 2022:

                  - Participants from an instituion in Maghreb :  https://buy.stripe.com/4gwfZi3NG44K5Dq6oO

                  - Participants from an institution outside Maghreb: https://buy.stripe.com/00g00kesk9p40j6eVj

       3.b. Payment by bank transfer: please use the AtuDA bank account information: Bank_Account_CISTEM_2022. The bank transfer order should be scanned and sent by e-mail to: cistem2022@insat.ucar.tn no later than 14 October 2022

       3.c. Payment in cash will be made on-site at the registration desk.

       3.d. Payment by order form (this payment method is possible only for participants from Tunisian universities): A copy of the order form should be scanned and sent by e-mail to: cistem2022@insat.ucar.tn. before 21 October 2022.  It is mandatory to bring the Orginal Copy of the Order Form to the CISTEM 2022 registration desk, otherwise the registration will not be performed.

REGISTRATION FEES:  

                   Authors and participants are requested to pay fees according to the following table:

               (TND): Tunisian Dinar

                  Registrations Fees include:

                     - attendance to all scientific sessions

                     - coffee breaks

                     - lunches

                    - and Publications of the registered papers in IEEE Xplore Datatbase.

 Please Note that Accomodation is not Included
